A Message From Our CEO

BlueLinx has been a leader in the building products space since 1954. We began our journey as the plywood distribution division of Georgia-Pacific Corporation. With the acquisitions of Cedar Creek Holdings (2018) and Vandermeer Forest Products (2022), we... have grown from 13 warehouses to become a $3 billion building products distribution company and one of America's largest building product distributors. We take great pride in being a leader, offering an extensive range of high-quality building products to meet the diverse needs of our customers worldwide.

Since our inception, we have remained committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of our business. We have built a reputation for exceptional service, unwavering integrity, and a customer-centric approach that sets us apart in the industry. Our commitment to excellence has allowed us to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued customers, partners, and suppliers.

Shyam Reddy

President & CEO

Shyam K. Reddy serves as our President and CEO. Prior to this role, Shyam served as the Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer and Corporate Secretary from May 2019 – March 2023, Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation officer from April 2018 to May 2019, Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary from May 2017 to April 2018, and as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from June 2015 until May 2017. Prior to joining us, Shyam served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of OmniMax Holdings, Inc., from March 2013 to March 2015. Before joining OmniMax Holdings, Inc., Mr. Reddy was the Regional Administrator of the Southeast Sunbelt Region of the U.S. General Services Administration from March 2010 to March 2013. Prior to accepting the Presidential Appointment at the U.S. General Services Administration, Shyam practiced corporate law as a partner in the Atlanta office of Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton LLP. 

Shyam received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University, and also received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia.

Keisha-Duck

Keisha Duck

Vice President, Human Resources

Keisha Duck has served as our Vice President, Human Resources since June 2024. Keisha has over 25 years of experience leading human resource teams, working collaboratively with business units, and driving organizational strategic initiatives. Most recently, Keisha was the Chief Human Resource Officer for Ryan Companies, a 2,000 employee national builder and developer, where she led a team of human resource business partners, total rewards, and HRIS and talent management professionals. Prior to working at Ryan Companies, spent 17 years at Cox Enterprises supporting multiple businesses, including AutoTrader.com, Cox Communications and mostly recently, as the Vice President of Talent, Learning and Culture at Cox Automotive.

Keisha graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and a Master’s Degree in human resources development.

Sean Dwyer

Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer

Sean Dwyer has served as our Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer since February 2022. Prior to joining us, Sean served as the Vice President of Corporate Development for WestRock Company, where he built and led the WestRock’s Corporate Development group. Prior to that, Sean served as Director of M&A for Rock-Tenn Company. Early in his career, Sean served in various investment- and M&A advisory-oriented roles for EVE Partners, Investure, and Edgeview Partners (now Piper Sandler). 

Sean earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

Tricia Kinney

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Tricia Kinney has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since July 2023. Prior to joining BlueLinx, Tricia served as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at ServiceMaster Brands, a leading provider of restoration, cleaning, moving, and biohazardous remediation services in residential and commercial markets. In this role, Tricia led an international team and spearheaded important legal and business initiatives. Prior to joining ServiceMaster Brands, Tricia spent 12 years at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, serving in various senior-level roles, including as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, KCP & Global Supply Chain. Earlier in her career, Tricia was a litigation partner at Powell Goldstein LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner) where she focused on general commercial and employment-related litigation. 

Tricia is a member of the Association of Distinguished Legal Executives, as well as the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, and the Murphy-Harpst Children’s Centers. Tricia earned her B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Chad Lee

Vice President, Distribution & Operations

Chad Lee has served as the Vice President, Distribution & Operations since November 2023. Chad has over two decades of delivering business results and demonstrating leadership in various functional areas, including global procurement, supply chain, logistics, sales leadership, and large-scale project management. Prior to joining BlueLinx, Chad served as the Vice President of Operations at Pearlman Group, where he provided executive oversight of the privately held company’s supply chain, distribution, and operations in specialty distribution. Before Pearlman Group, Chad held key roles at S.P. Richards Co., culminating in his position as Executive Vice President, where he had P&L leadership and managed thirty-seven Distribution Centers. 

Chad is a graduate of Jacksonville State University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Leo-Oei

Leo Oei

Vice President, National Accounts and Product Management

Leo Oei has served as our Vice President, National Accounts and Product Management since June 2024. In this role, he leads the National Accounts and Multi-Family team, as well as the Product Management team, and is responsible for enabling our sales growth strategy, leveraging our scale to deliver the optimal value proposition to our customers and vendors. Previously, Leo served as Vice President, Product Management since April 2024, and prior to that as the General Manager of Denville, NJ, and Long Island, NY markets. Leo brings 20 years of procurement and supply chain experience to the role, including having led a 70-employee trucking company.

Leo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, International Business, and Marketing from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and his Master of Business Administration degree from The American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, AZ.

Andy-Wamser

Andy Wamser

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Andy Wamser has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since July 2023. Prior to joining us, Andy served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mativ Holdings, a global specialty materials company, where he was responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, indirect procurement, corporate development & strategy, and investor relations. Prior to that, Andy served as Vice President, Finance, Treasurer and Investor Relations, at AutoNation. Earlier in his career, he served in a variety of senior-level investment banking roles at Barclays Capital PLC and at UBS, where he was a Managing Director that supported clients in the Global Industrials Group.

Andy has a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and Bachelor of Arts from Miami University (Ohio).

Mike Wilson

Chief Commercial Officer

Mike Wilson has served as our Chief Commercial Officer since April 2024. In this role, he oversees the commercial leadership team comprised of the five Regional Vice Presidents and the Vice President of National Accounts. Bringing over 30 years of building products experience to the role, Mike transitioned into this commercial leadership role from his previous role as Chief Product Management Officer, where he spearheaded the expansion of our distribution partnerships with key suppliers. He has also served as Senior Vice President of Product Management, Vice President of Specialty Products, and Vice President of Sales at BlueLinx, where his dedication and expertise made a substantial impact. Before joining BlueLinx, Mike’s career path at Cedar Creek began in 1997 when he started as an Industrial Salesman. His unwavering commitment and outstanding performance led to successive promotions. In 2002, he assumed the role of General Manager of the Little Rock facility, showcasing his leadership abilities. Over the years, he continued to excel, advancing to Regional Manager in 2011, Vice President of the Eastern Region in 2014, and ultimately Vice President of Sales in 2016.
