When BlueLinx first opened its doors, it was already on the sustainability path by researching new avenues, watching market activity and creating strategies to support the eco-conscious market.

Our core business is distribution of a wide breadth of products on a single truck from a local facility. This in itself aids our customers in reducing their carbon footprint; for example, less trucks driving products, using less fuel, and lowering the amount of people (resources) you need to unload and process the trucks. Across the nation, BlueLinx provides a multitude of FSC certified access points giving our customers and vendors the ability to support sustainable forestry practices.
